You need to create you own project structure with several researches first (see paragraph How can I create a project with researches).

Reserve to this project storage (see paragraph How can I reserve a storage to my project).   

Assign a register tube process to the research (see paragraph How can I add an extra work process).

Set possible scanner settings(see paragraph How can I set scanner settings).

Run process from the start screen.
